Hi, I’m a customer, purchased Deep Zen a while back. I tried to log in here, kept getting errors. So then I tried to register but still received errors. What am I doing wrong?? Thanks.

When you bought Digital Sandman, you used a different email address.
I can manually register you on the site, but I need to know which email address you want to use.

I have Deep Zen and Laser Focus. I use them both but I use Laser Focus a lot more. After nearly a year of use I am still pleased with its effectiveness. I haven’t been in the loop for quite awhile so this is my first time on the blog. I don’t think you had it when I first bought products. I like this, it makes me feel like part of a community.

Thanks for the comments. I too use Laser Focus almost every day. I also frequently use Genius Generator and BrainStorm to keep me going and focused on work.

I’ve just now used the download that I purchased, which is labeled as (DZO1T_R) on my desktop. It is 45:17 minutes long with visuals and sound. Is this the Deep Zen Meditation Audio: Level One? How does level two differentiate from level one, and what is the purpose of each one? Will I get all my answers to these questions by accessing the ‘Download Relaxation Guide’? The labels of my purchases displayed on my desktop do not indicate which each meditation is used for. Please advise.

Yes. DZ01T_R.mp3 is Deep Zen Level 1; the original Level 1 with Tones and Rain Forest sounds.
(Make sure you use high quality headphones or the rain may sound like static)
The Relaxation Guide is a good thing to read for general meditation tips, but what you need to download and read is the “Instructions.”
The download link is on the same page and is labeled “Download Instructions.”
That will answer all of these questions.
Make sure you also go to http://holothink.org/deep-zen-alternate-music/
and download the alternative versions with music backgrounds. These are slightly advanced version of Deep Zen Level 1 and 2 with music soundtracks.
