There are many causes of headaches from poor dietary choices to a genetic pre-disposition to them. Most people suffer from tension headaches on occasion, and tension headaches are the most common type of headache.

The cause of tension headaches is stress. And stress can be simply summed up as resistance. Therefore, the cause of a tension headache is resistance.

As with building muscular strength, a weak muscle will experience tension – and even pain – when put under too much resistance too quickly. If exercise continues then strength will eventually result *if* the body/mind is healthy and is able to heal/recover itself adequately.

As for nobody to talk to . . . ahem. We have a support desk. We have your opportunity to leave us feedback right here. We have Facebook as well. In order to provide phone support it would be necessary for us to charge what Centerpointe Research charges. It is a significant cost to pay a competent person to be available to take phone calls. We’d love to provide that however it is a rare request and many more people are able to benefit from this technology through lower priced programs.

So, I am sorry to hear that you feel the cause of your problem is our program. It is possible that you’re listening with the volume too high, resisting the experience which causes stress, attempting to perform other tasks while engaged in the process – I just don’t know based on the information you’ve provided.

As for your claims that we have no idea of the power of the mind, etc, you are mistaken and presumptuous.
